How long will be arms hurt after doing this off and on for 30 minutes?? No this isn't me, I don't even want to know what I looked like doing this. The shaking of the arms...etc. I was smart enough to pull my hair back though.

Oh my gosh, that is excruciating. it scares my kids when they see me do it.
