New Cars

I can't say I am grateful that Chad was in a car accident, but I can say that I did somewhat benefit from his tragedy. Several days after Chad's accident we received paperwork from Chrysler offering to buy out the rest of the lease on the remaining car. Coincidence? No, once again Manna from our Heavenly Father. It never ceases to amaze me that He carries us in His hand constantly through our lives.
So we decided to possibly look for two car while trying to replace Chad's car. We went after Christmas and without much looking we found two matching Dodge Nitros, BYU Blue for Chad and Red for Amy, we haven't quite concluded if it is U of U Red (lol) or American Fork High red. Never the less, we are both very happy especially since we have had tons of snow within the last month and love having 4 wheel drive again.

Life continues to move way too fast in Utah, we have both finished off the 2nd quarters at our schools and can't believe that the school year is half way over.

Church callings still tend to take the highest priority in our life, with Young Women activities, New Beginnings, and beginning camp preparations; and Chad attending ward conferences weekly and speaking more often than not. I can say I am very happy that he isn't a "dry" High Counselor. I still love to hear him speak and am amazed that he can so easily prepare and give talks.

This next week we are going to St. George, chaperoning the Women's A Capella choir to the UMEA Convention. We are hoping it will be a lot warmer than the 20's that we have been experiencing at our house.

I'm always excited to see a new post.

New cars are always exciting, glad everything worked out. And, I'm quite sure Chad would never allow the person he loves most in this world to drive a U of U car! :) Let's be sure to get a Caveman sticker put on that baby right away!

I agree with Tara...It most certainly IS an AF car!

Glad to hear everything worked out for the best. They look like great cars. Hopefully Chad will manage to keep it in one piece! :)

I am so glad you are 4-wheelin' again. You have really been hammered with snow this month...with more on the way!

Good for you.

But, how are you ever going to put an AF sticker on your car when you work at Bingham? Such a dilemna.
